The mono lander got a stall gate that decides from progress alone whether the machine is stuck, while the agent it wakes only classifies why. The desktop payload stopped shipping every checkout it could see and settled on exactly one repo snapshot.
The .plan site deploy was fixed after the server package crossed its size limit by packing the whole checkout, cutting the bundle from 424 MB to 44 MB. Two launchd jobs that relaunched the Lab app the moment it was quit were found and unloaded, and the Furious Torpedo Zerk shell was built as a removable layer whose build fails unless stripping it reproduces the audited baseline byte for byte.
Repair task creation stays retired after auditing every repair that was ever opened, because the queue produced obligations without any test that the original symptom had stopped.
